10 questions with … Jean Franko
1. What were you doing career wise before starting in porn?
Before I joined the porn industry I used to work as a fashion model and also as public relations in straight clubs. I was also assisting one of the most important Spanish fashion designers, Pedro del Hierro.
2. What drew you in to wanting to be involved in this industry?
I never thought I would have ended up joining this industry, as a fashion model I was successful but not satisfied enough. One day my friend, Spanish porn star Rafael Carreras tempted me with the idea of becoming a porn star.
One year after that meeting, I called him and accepted his help as I always liked porn and I was super fascinated with porn stars like Ben Jakks and Matthew Rush. They were more than porn stars, they had studies and exciting careers out of the porn industry.
3. What has been the funniest thing that has happened to you on set?
Everything can happen on a porn set. I have had really funny moments on set working as exclusive actor for produces like Kristen Bjorn and Lucas Kazan. At the very beginning my English was very poor so you can image how funny that was for myself playing and using random English words. I had great memories of that time.
4. What has been your favourite scene you have filmed so far and why?
‘Italian for the Beginner’ by Lucas Kazan with Roberto Giorgio and myself. You know, Roberto has a great ass so you can imagine how I did enjoy that scene.
5. Who has been your favourite scene partner and why?
I can’t say only one. I’ve worked with some of the best porn actors in the world so it’s impossible to choose just one. Matthias Vannelli, Roberto Giorgi, Rocky Oliviera, Alex Brinsky, Julian Vincenzo and other great actors. I’ve had a great connection with all of them, a fantastic feeling you can appreciate in all my movies.
6. Is there anyone that you would like to work with?
I like to be the first surprised with my partners, straight ones are my favourite. On the other hand I don’t want to give credits to anyone.
7. What advice do you have for anyone wanting to start out in this industry?
New enthusiastic actors need to know the commitment that it means. I only recommend you join this industry if you have been informed about how the business goes and you feel responsible and mature enjoin to join this world.
8. What is something your fans would be surprised to know about you?
They will be surprised to meet all of my super hot lovers that I have around the world, the ones that I only keep for my own privacy.
9. When not shooting porn what do you like to do in your spare time?
In the last few years, I have been very into electronic music. I spend most of my spare time DJ’ing and producing new music. I like to share all my music in the parties I DJ at or I load them onto my soundcloud: DJ Jean Franko
10. Last question, who is your ‘gay porn crush’?
Well, he’s not gay but let’s just say I have kind of a crush on Jason Adonis. I met him personally – he’s a real Adonis.
